Key Responsibilities: Perform daily data center operational tasks, including equipment checks, system monitoring, and routine inspections.Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation of technical issues to higher-level engineers as needed.Monitor network, servers, and facility infrastructure (power, cooling, security systems).Support installation, cabling, and decommissioning of IT hardware.Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, operational logs, and system status reports.Ensure compliance with data center operational standards, safety policies, and security protocols.Provide support in both English and Mandarin for coordination with internal teams and external vendors.Assist in scheduled maintenance activities and coordinate with other teams for system upgrades or changes.

We are a pioneering AI Computer Vision company seeking a dedicated and adaptable Tech Support Engineer to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and flexibility, as you will be supporting our innovative AI-driven products and services across varying shifts, including both day and night hours. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities: Deploy various application services and perform daily operations to ensure service availability and stability. Monitor business systems daily, respond promptly to issues, and document incident reports to ensure smooth operations and preparedness for emergencies. Perform system patching, disaster recovery, data backup, and storage management to ensure system security and recoverability. Assist in the development and improvement of deployment and maintenance processes to enhance service quality and efficiency. Manage and maintain servers, databases, web services, and other systems in development and testing environments. Build and continuously optimize operating systems and monitoring systems, including simple web page modifications and statistical data integration. Requirements: Experienced in configuring LNMP architecture (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PHP) and Nginx configuration files. Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware issues. Experienced in using cloud-based virtual machines (AWS/GCP/Azure). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Must be willing to work overseas and have an active passport (only shortlisted will be contacted).
