On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s. Job Description 1. Support Service Desk for IT Infra Front-End (IT accessories small equipment, printing service, barcode scanners, communication TV, etc.): act as 1st layer of contact for Service Request Fulfillment, Incident Management. 2. Support IT Inventory Management. Including 5S/ Safety tracking, ensure inventory data quality, stock management. 3. Support IT Procurement Cost Monitoring: Following PR/PO from end to end (customer request consolidation, quotation collection, PR/PO follow up, MIGO) IT cost monitoring: cost tracking with meaningful reports that facilitate management decision making. 4. Support Documentation Support on IT user guide, work instructions, manuals, knowledge articles Support on raw data preparation data presentation for ICO operational reports 5.
