合規官將協助 MEXC 合規團隊進行反洗錢 (AML) 監控、監管許可以及遵守全球加密貨幣法規。該職位要求具備 AML/KYC 流程的實際經驗、基本交易監控經驗，主要協助跨地區和司法管轄區的許可證申請，並且最好熟悉並具備與金融監管機構合作的經驗。主要職責：支援許可證（VASP、MSB、MiFID II、EMI、PSP 等）的準備、提交和維護。作為專案的關鍵聯絡人，促進內部和外部利害關係人之間的順暢溝通。維護監理備案記錄並確保及時續約。研究和分析不同地區的監管要求。隨時了解全球加密貨幣法規和行業最佳實踐。支持高級合規官進行調查和報告。協助實施和監控 AML/CFT 政策和程序。支援監管 AML 審計和風險評估。協助起草和更新合規政策、程序和手冊。

負責公司各類合同的起草、審核及修訂，確保條款合法合規且符合業務需求針對Web3行業動態，進行法律法規、監管政策及行業新聞的搜集、整理與分析，輸出報告；跨部門協助並提供即時幫助

We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled FDA License & Legality Freelancer to join our awesome team in supporting the company's launch. Job Description: As the FDA License/Legality Officer Freelancer, you will be a crucial part of our team, supporting the company in the process of FDA Facility Registration, FDA Device Listing, and Documentation/Dossier Preparation & Submission, as well as Follow Up for Medical Devices, Food & Cosmetics. You will work to ensure compliance with both international and local regulatory standards to obtain licenses as an importer and exporter. Additionally, you will assist in managing GUDID & DUNS/UFI requirements, ensuring our products meet all necessary legal requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Applying for and renewing the Certificate of Accreditation as an Importer & Exporter, as well as other relevant licensesHandling product registration with FDA and other concerned government agencies, including other applications necessary for importing productsProviding all necessary documents required by the FDA or other government agenciesMaintaining strict confidentiality of all information and documents related to the licensing process. Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.Minimum three years of relevant work experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word programs.Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English languages.Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.Excellent written and oral communication.Outstanding interpersonal skills.Ability to solve problems creatively and innovatively.Detailed knowledge of current FDA, ICH, and USP regulations, guidance, and expectations, as well as cGMP regulations, and food and drug law, with the ability to interpret and apply them appropriately.
