Introduction to the jobProvides administrative duties and analyses in support of activities related to the shipping of spare parts, mainly throughout Taiwan localwarehouses and end customers, as well as the return of used (spare) partsRole and responsibilitiesWorks cross-functionally with Regional Logistics, Field Service Team, Account management, Finance, Spares Planning, Shipping and GlobalTrade Solutions to resolve logistics issues associated with demand, quality or delivery• Creates manuals and procedures for current day-to-day processes performed by Regional LogisticsFrequently interacts with Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers ensuring that spare part shipments of parts is accurately beingperformed and analyzes their performances• Takes care of inventory control, parts availability and stock reconciliationExecutes allocation decisions regarding critical tools, service parts, and upgrade deliveries to best meet service requirements,revenue goals, and regional stocking needs.• Performs a back-up function for colleagues at the logistics department, mainly for continuity in the parts ordering and shippingprocess including spare parts deliveries to end customers (billable and non-billable), RMA returns from the customers back tomanufacturing and inbound transactions• Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.• Analyzes metrics reporting of regional activity and suggests solutions for improvement.• Performs other duties as assigned.Education and experience• Bachelor level or Master education in Logistics or Supply Chain Management• Oracle and Business Objects experience is preferred• Broad experience or knowledge of freight, transportation and logistics industry• Experience in, or knowledge of, the semiconductor industry is a plusSkills• Strong English communication skills (written and oral).• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office programs• High level of accuracy, maintaining an organized work structure• Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.• Strong communicator with customer service knowledge, negotiation and follow-up skills.• Showing initiative and drive• Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents and create work processes based on this.Other informationFlexible and open to business travel to meet company objectives.Inclusion and diversityASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce. Introduction to the jobThis role is critical in ensuring safe, structured, and executable system integration and maintenance activities. The position operates at the intersection of planning, safety, execution, and configuration control, enabling reliable machine operations and continuous improvement.The role supports end-to-end system integration, maintenance planning, and execution readiness. It bridges safety engineering, execution teams, and global stakeholders to ensure deliverables are prepared, aligned, and executed according to ASML standards and local configurations.Role and responsibilitiesHas some work experience in specific Project Management roles and project delivery. Has good knowledge of compentence or technical area managed and awareness of the business issues.Education and experienceEnsure all safety requirements and procedures are identified, highlighted, and prepared by Safety Engineers, including Work Permits and SRB documentation.Own and manage preparation activities, ensuring that sequences, COI deliverables, and prerequisites are completed on time.Maintain and update operational and OPP planning boards to reflect current execution status and changes.Merge and integrate sequences into the overall works plan, ensuring consistency and alignment across activities.Fine-tune and localize sequences to align with local system configuration and site-specific requirements.Coordinate and support execution activities related to approved sequences.Collect execution feedback, update Best Known Methods (BKM), and ensure lessons learned are recorded.Share knowledge and updates through relevant platforms and in central and global meetings.Control and manage machine configuration and prepare machine planning for PM schedule arrangement.Track execution status and ensure traceability of planned versus executed activities.Align new BETA, FCO, and patch activities with Veldhoven teams and prepare related execution materials.Act as owner of FCO and patch upgrade golden packages, ensuring solution implementation is traceable and complete.Support skill development and role readiness for system owners, including weekend duty responsibilities when required.SkillsStrong ownership mindset with attention to safety, quality, and execution disciplineExcellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate execution feedback into structured improvements and standardsStrong communication skills in cross-functional and global environmentsHands-on mentality combined with structured and systematic thinkingSkill in automation paper work and excel if familiar with AI tool will be grate.Working Typenormal is office hours, but will need to weekend duty and N-shift base on requestThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
