Introduction to the jobThe Production Planner is responsible for executing and maintaining production plans within an FTZ manufacturing environment. The role focuses on short- to mid-term production scheduling, material coordination, and operational execution while ensuring compliance with FTZ regulations and internal controls.This is a hands-on execution role suitable for an experienced planner who can operate independently within defined processes.RequirementsBsc in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent working and thinking level.Limited experience in working with operational planning processes, tools and techniques.ResponsibilitiesOrder ManagementCoordinates Order Management in our IT system for executing parties.Executes required order management activities according to agreed processes.Resolving issuesResolves operational issues (e.g. location, quantity mismatches, etc.), checks and shares answers with operational departments and performs analysis to identify root cause.Tracking, Reporting AnalyticsCollects and interprets data from multiple sources supporting and steering operational activities.Stakeholder ManagementActively maintains relationships with direct counterparts at own level.Is able to connect and work with stakeholders on TL level. Can convince based on content and facts.Operational planning systems and toolingUnderstands the established operational planning systems, follows related protocols and is able to independently lead a specific area of responsibility.
