ContextCandidate is responsible for the supply chain project and quality continuous improvement of ASML Tooling and Parts to enable corporate requirements. Candidate shall manage the execution of complex Field Operations Projects with the liaison with the ASML project managers from the Netherlands.The mission of the CSCM Senior Manager is to be the key player to drive continuous improvement and efficiency of Customer Supply Chain Management. Role and responsibilities1.Collect/predict demand, turn to planning delivery of material to support services at customer sites.2.Development of operational plan (resources, local constraints and infrastructure) to ensure material availability progress to support regional customer service needs3.Execution of the plan and drive delivery of materials to local warehouses and manage materials delivery/return between local warehouse and customer site4.Respond to and oversee the process of incoming emergency orders from various locations. 5.Enter and execute administrative controls in the SAP.6.Communicate directly with internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are understood, communicated and fulfilled.7.Monitor and follow up with daily escalations.8.Main contact for the local CS organization.9.Improve stakeholder intimacy within the local organization.10. Customer interaction experience and relationship management to be considered as priority4.Highly analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload5.Experience in warehouse operation and freight forwarding is better to haveSkills1.Familiar with ERP; SAP experience is preferred, data analysis skill is must (Excel, Power BI, Spotfire, Power planner etc)2.Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry3.A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, decision making skills, change management skills.4.Can manage high dynamics, whilst having the drive to structure.5.Advanced analytical and complex problem solving skills, to identify relevant supply chain drivers, as well as perseverance and project management skills to actually generate impact.6.Be able to organize and prioritize workload, and work under pressure.7.Result oriented, convincing, pro-active and “can do” mentality Team playerThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
