An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.Experience:Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing supply chain operations (electronics sector preferred).Candidates must have led large-scale transformation programs specifically in manufacturing environments.Proven track record of defining and executing complex, high-value strategic initiatives within a large Operations function (e.g., Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Manufacturing, Logistics).Experience supporting acquisition integrations.Demonstrated experience leading and developing diverse, high-performing strategy and program management teams. Your Skills and CompetenciesExceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable plans.Strong financial acumen and experience with developing business cases, ROI analysis, and budget management for large transformation programs.Expertise in program and portfolio management methodologies.Outstanding communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Deep knowledge of organizational change management principles and their practical application.Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).This position requires demonstrated leadership in manufacturing supply chain operations. Candidates without extensive manufacturing experience in electronics, supply chain, or factory operations will not be considered. The base salary for this role is between $195,000 and $350,000 in San Jose, California.
