Role overview: Decathlon Taiwan is looking for a Warehouse Department Leader to accompany the Business development of the country and its Logistics. You will be collaborating with a team of members to ensure a safe, consistent, continuous control, and coordination with the national warehouse. Proactively driving processes improvement and leading the team's excellence is key to your success. Who you are: • Proactive, Organise and responsible • Service-oriented • Decision maker • You practice and are passionate about sports Responsibilities: Based in our warehouse in Ruifang, Taipei, under the responsibility of the Logistics Manager, you are the link between Decathlon and our sub-contractor. • Supply stock to internal stores, external retail partners, and E-Commerce with guaranteed lead-time & services • Directly manage recruitment, training, career development plan, annual appraisal, and HR topic with a team size above 8 members • Establish and follow up economic KPIs • Implement operational policies and procedures • You are part of the Duty team and need to ensure all warehouse activities strictly follow Decathlon safety and compliance requirements • Oversee your team's functions (layout, picking, receiving, inventory, and replenishment, etc.) • Create cross-functional projects/processes to boost efficiency • Connect and collaborate with Decathlon global logistics and national retail networks • Assist management team in setting the company strategy and direction based on future business opportunities, external factors, emerging technologies, and client needs Required Qualifications: • Able to converse in English and fluent in Mandarin • Solid problem solving and leadership skills • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers and data • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills • Excellent at prioritization Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in AS400 WMS or Geek+ AMS • Previous warehousing or logistics related experience • Forecast & budgeting experience Training: At Decathlon, we will provide support throughout your career development. We’re seeking a skilled Deputy General Director to help manage the daily business, support company growth, and work closely with the General Director. Trực tiếp thực hiện, đôn đốc thực hiện hợp đồngThực hiện công việc ký kết hợp đồng dịch vụ giữa khách hàng và Công ty.Theo dõi và thực hiện các hợp đồng với Air cargo/GSA, Agent thường xuyên và đánh giá chất lượng.Theo dõi thực hiện các thủ tục giao hàng và các loại chứng từ liên quan, xuất hoá đơn, cùng khách hàng kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm giao.Nhận và xử lý các khiếu nại của khách hàng về chất lượng sản phẩm, thời gian giao nhận,... 4. Về chất lượng dịch vụThỏa mãn nhu cầu của khách hàng ở mức tốt nhất, phục vụ khách hàng ngày càng tốt hơn.Hỗ trợ việc rà soát và kiểm tra chất lượng dịch vụ cung cấp cho khách hàng định kỳ thông qua các ý kiến đóng góp của khách hàng.Đánh giá chất lượng dịch vụ của Air cargo/GSA 5. Quản lý công nợ khách hàngQuản lý sự tăng giảm chi phí phù hợp với kết quả kinh doanh của phòng.Chuyển giao công nợ của khách hàng mà mình phụ trách cho nhân viên phòng kế toán và hỗ trợ việc đôn đốc khách hàng thanh toán.Thu thập số liệu và tổng hợp báo cáo doanh thu hàng tháng các khách hàng do mình phụ trách. 6. Báo cáo Đảm bảo tiến độ thực hiện kinh doanh của phòng theo các lĩnh vực được phân công tại từng thời điểm.Làm báo cáo công việc hàng tuần, báo cáo kinh doanh hàng tháng.Tổng hợp số liệu báo cáo doanh thu hàng tháng cho Trưởng phòng theo yêu cầu.Báo cáo Trưởng phòng về nhu cầu, vấn đề, mối quan tâm của khách hàng; hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh và tiềm năng trong việc phát triển kinh doanh sản phẩm/dịch vụ. 7. Trách nhiệm khácHỗ trợ nhân viên cấp dưới trong công việc hàng ngày.Đảm nhận các công việc đột xuất khác do Ban Giám đốc phân công.

Business Development Strategy Manage RFQs and oversee the business pipeline in alignment with company strategies to drive nationwide growth. Develop proposals to expand business with existing customers and build long-term partnerships within target verticals to achieve revenue targets.
