1.辦理每月費用申請與銀行匯款流程，確保款項準時入帳 。 2.匯整並管理各項原始憑證、票據，並提供給會計師進行帳款、報稅等作業，配合會計師事務所提供帳務相關文件。 3.負責公司內部費用申請審核、對帳及款項發放，並進行會計入帳作業 。 4.編製月度預算表與每月帳戶餘額報告 。 5.有效與各區財務進行溝通和對帳，包括香港、新加坡、歐洲等地，並定時向總公司匯報，配合總公司處理不同區域的財務工作 。

工作內容財務作業1. 收發、記錄及彙整交易憑證，並登打至會計系統製作傳票成冊，進行月結、年結作業。2. 審核有關各項費用支付之發票、單據，執行請款作業。3. 進行營業稅、各類所得扣繳..等各項稅務申報。4. 報表編制及銀行往來業務 (網銀作業...等)。5. 編制母公司需求報表，配合集團子公司職務調整。6. 其他主管交辦事項。

Business Development và Partnerships Team tại Shopee rất năng động và tràn đầy năng lượng. Các team luôn tìm cách nắm bắt các cơ hội kinh doanh để đưa Shopee trở thành nền tảng thương mại điện tử số 1 ở Đông Nam Á và Đài Loan. Mục tiêu của Business Development và Partnerships Team là cung cấp cho người mua hàng tại Shopee danh sách sản phẩm đa dạng với mức giá tốt nhất. Negotiate and promote cooperation with partners (sellers), ensuring the development of Shopee categories' customer-to-customer or business-to-customer seller bases.Establishing contact and conducting sales meetings with key decision makers to convince them to join Shopee marketplace.Conducting necessary follow-up to ensure sales process completion until the seller is live.Provide market insights from sellers' perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market competitor dynamics.Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets.Prospecting leads and identifying key business partners for Shopee platform.Track, care, and evaluate activities of the partners (sellers).Other tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate and work on month-end and year-end closing activities - Reconcile subledgers and general ledger accounts - Prepare accounting schedules - Ensure financial records in compliance with TW and US GAAP - Prepare local tax computation - Assist in preparing and monitoring forecast and budget expenses - Work with external and internal auditors for statutory and SOX audits - Participate in system verification test for new or modified accounting systems - Performing other ad hoc accounting duties as required or assigned SKILLS: - Working knowledge of TW tax rules and TW and US GAAP - Effective communication skills, both written and oral in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel. - Hands on experience with ERP system, particularly Oracle SAP - Ability to work with little supervision.
