In this role you will:Own and execute Logitech’s annual operating plan for Turkey, translating strategy into measurable resultsDeliver sustained revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansionShape and deploy go-to-market strategies that balance scale, margin, and long-term brand equityPartner closely with Credit and Collections to manage cash flow, credit exposure, and financial riskAlign with Supply Chain and Operations to deliver strong service levels while protecting marginsMaximize return on investment across operating expenses and commercial initiativesBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing local team, with strong performance management, succession planning, and talent developmentLead country forecasting and oversee distribution and channel inventory to optimize availability and financial performanceAct as Logitech’s representative with distributors, key partners, and external stakeholders, strengthening market presenceOptimize channel mix to unlock growth and improve overall business performanceKey Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you bring a strong blend of commercial leadership, market expertise, and people impact:Proven years of leadership experience across commercial, business development, and marketing roles within consumer and retail environments, ideally with exposure to B2B/business solutionsSolid experience working in Turkey, with deep understanding of local retail, distribution, and market dynamicsProven track record of managing key partners and leading strategic account planningDemonstrated success in developing and scaling online channelsStrong leadership capability, with a history of building, engaging, and elevating high-performing teamsAbility to navigate and deliver results within complex, cross-functional matrix organizationsSharp negotiation, planning, and forecasting skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both Turkish and EnglishProven ownership of PL, with strong financial and commercial acumenHigh strategic agility, with the ability to lead change and adapt in dynamic market conditionsEntrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments#LI-MT1Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
