COMPANY PROFILE: Executive recruitment specialist company Cake Global is recruiting on behalf of a technology solutions group seeking a CEO to lead their E-commerce Solutions vertical business unit and drive long-term growth and success in the digital commerce sector.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead collaboration among technology, marketing, sales, and research teams to enhance business performance and deliver high-value insights for brands.- Drive commercial and innovative initiatives that support client success in digital commerce.- Develop and execute regional growth strategies while overseeing the business's PL and strategic roadmap.- Opportunities for progression to senior leadership positions within the organization.- Report directly to the Group CEO. JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.- Experience:o 5+ years in a senior-level Business Development or equivalent role.o Strong experience in market research or e-commerce operations.o Proven track record in managing teams and achieving business growth. - Skills:o Strategic business planning, financial acumen, and decision-making based on financial analysis.o Expertise in e-commerce and retail consulting.o Strong leadership, team collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.o Fluency in English across all skill areas.- Attributes:o Dynamic, proactive, and sales-driven.o Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.o Strong commitment to goals with a supportive and positive outlook. Determines sales and gross-profit plans by implementing sales marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
