Oversee content creation for internal and external channels, including press releases, speeches, and digital media. Manage crisis communications with timely, transparent updates, and continuously analyze and refine efforts for greater impact. Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect the company's reputation. Lead responses with coordinated, consistent messaging and conduct post-crisis analysis for continuous improvement. Plan and execute corporate events and campaigns aligned with strategic goals, ensuring effective communication and brand consistency. Measure impact through feedback and metrics for continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, developing engagement strategies to enhance reputation and support business goals.
