Company Overview: Cake is partnering with a rapidly growing client to identify an experienced Snr. Functional Consultant (D365 FO) for their team. Our client operates in a fast-paced industry, and the team is scaling up quickly on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end D365 FO implementations, including design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Specialize in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations modules, including General Ledger setup, migration, and budgeting functionalities. Collaborate with remote and onsite teams to analyze business requirements and deliver functional design documents. Support testing, deployment, and ensure high-quality project delivery. Identify and address challenges or risks, providing innovative solutions. Stay updated on D365 versions and industry trends to recommend best practices. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in D365 FO implementations, particularly in professional services. Proficiency in creating functional design documents and user/system test cases. Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 certifications (preferred). Strong communication skills (English/Vietnamese) and ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in dynamic environments. This will enable development not only as a finance person but also to become a good business partner.Main daily responsibilities will be devised out of areas covering financial and management accounting, commodity risk management, foreign currency risk management and treasury management and taxation.Work can revolve around preparation of position reports, monitoring of accounts receivables, foreign currency reports etc.The Finance Management Trainee will have the opportunity to work in several areas of finance while closely interacting with other functions of the business.As SAP is the finance system of choice for the business, the expectation is that this position will be involved in the SAP processes to achieve their finance related work.
