EnGenius Technologies 正在尋找一位專注且積極主動的電子商務初級/高級專員，以支持我們電子商務業務的發展。該職位將協助實施電子商務策略、管理平台運營並推動線上銷售增長。 主要職責： 【1】電子商務平台管理：管理主要電子商務平台（如亞馬遜和Shopify）的日常運營，包括產品列表管理、關鍵詞優化、提高產品可見度和改善轉化率以實現銷售目標。 【2】產品頁面管理與優化：持續優化產品頁面，確保描述、圖片和價格的準確性。提升客戶體驗和轉化率。 【3】數據分析與報告：使用數據分析工具監控電子商務績效，審查平台反饋、銷售表現和客戶服務數據。生成財務報告，提供策略調整建議，改善業績表現。 【4】庫存和供應鏈管理：監控庫存水平並與供應鏈團隊協作，確保產品可用性，防止庫存短缺或過量庫存，提高庫存周轉率。 【5】營銷活動執行與監控：協助開發和執行電子商務營銷計劃，包括數字廣告、社交媒體營銷和電子郵件活動。分析結果並優化策略以提高投資回報率。 【6】客戶服務和帳戶管理：處理客戶服務任務，如管理訂單、解答客戶詢問，以及在電子商務平台上處理評論。管理財務任務（如增值稅、Payoneer、PayPal），確保準確和及時的帳戶管理。 【7】FBA和平台運營優化：熟悉亞馬遜FBA流程，協助管理FBA庫存，並使用Excel進行數據分析和報告，提供改進建議。 【8】業務數據和KPI監控：定期追蹤關鍵績效指標(KPI)，如轉化率、客戶獲取成本(CAC)、平均訂單價值(AOV)、客戶終身價值(LTV)、總收入和利潤率。根據數據洞察調整運營策略。
