This position will be responsible for supporting the service operations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between various stakeholders including customers, field service team, and management.Description1.Observe and execute the service business processes and procedures.2. Follow the defined SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley Act) business processes to collect the billable and contract revenues and achieve the quarterly and yearly targets.3.Reduce the billable collection cycle time.4.Maintain and update the customer information and installed base in SAP CRM.5.Provides administrative support to department managers.6.Handle billing and GUI (Government Uniform Invoice) tasks

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* This position typically relates to areas in WCM, Global Process Change Management, Six Sigma programs or the design, deployment and support of various operational support applications such as Shop Floor Control Systems / Operating Models / Maintenance Management Systems / etc.* Assesses the alignment of production, support and engineering processes and practices with Celestica's Values, corporate strategies and Celesticas specific business assessment.* Works as part of a team to select the appropriate change management tools approach, and then contracts with the affected areas to lead the change process to make the necessary changes to close the gaps identified.* Shares the accountability for closing the gaps and is measured on the same customer and operational metrics as the affected areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Monitor daily operation, manpower planning, controlling of maintenance plans in provision of aircraft cabin maintenance 2. Review the team’s plans and ensure no overruns in regular cabin maintenance programs 3. Coordinate with other departments/sections to ensure efficient operation of his/her sections 4. Lead the investigation of customer complaints, Quality audits, and any other reports, taking the necessary corrective actions 5. Prepare reports and represent the department to attend weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders 6. General administration, supervision, control, and discipline of staff under his/her charge 7. Reviewing and implementing work processes to improve efficiency 8. Prepare management papers for equipment, toolings and vehicle purchases for his/her department use 9. Such other duties as assigned to him by the Manager Cabin Line Services
