The Specialist is responsible for project planning administration related to our Networks and make sure to maintain a high level of consistency quality throughout the collaboration with each partner. The Specialist consistently identifies and pursues opportunities to create added value for both the client and Human8. Within the team, the Specialist is responsible for coordinating all requests for Professional Networks services, work in close collaboration with both the sales and implementation team and collaborate with external partners. The position supports junior members of the team by coaching them on the job and support them where needed. The role will be part of Acquisition Centre of Excellence part of Networks Sourcing department contributing to our mission to build strong global networks of internal and external professionals and suppliers, and seamlessly integrate their services in the final client delivery. Responsibilities Project delivery support Involve (planning, briefing, etc.) internal and external resources.Responsible for handling structural projects allocations and high complexity requestsSearch for partners based on requested capabilities.Check availability budget with partners.Communicate timings to the project manager.Follow-up budget approval by PST/CST teams Offer direct supportive services to Project Services Teams and Client Services Teams, offering extra capacity or capabilities. Offer indirect supportive services. Pre-sales advice A business partner in pre-sales advice, come up with custom solutions for strategic projects.Handle requests for pricing and feasibility of client service teams.Manage administrative tasks in partners recruitment funnel: onboarding and registration in our tools, legal documents signing follow-up. Assign partners to the necessary trainings. Use negotiated rate cards to advice pre-sales on using network services. Request bespoke proposals of partners.Develop and maintain knowledge bank of information on partner services, ready to plug-in into proposals. Network management Develop and maintain relations with suppliers offering services, (in) directly supporting our market research services.Search new contacts via LinkedIn and market research associations.Keep track of networks partners performance. Organize feedback calls with network partners.Request feedback on supplier collaboration from internal client. Identify needs for improving existing networks of professionals.Contract the (new) partners and lay foundations for future collaboration.Educate and inform the networks on key essential elements (eg data privacy).Continuously improve the bonding usage of networks. Ensure billability for internal resources. Business support Provide the necessary induction and training for new acquisitions.Offer support for new acquisition in adjusting to change.Organize roll-out of networks usage.Identify needs for setting-up new networks.Proactively create standardized sales materials on networks, to enable best usage of the services.Anticipate business needs on in demand markets and proactively search for partners. Finance The owner for reporting on the assigned network.Ensure PO process is followed within the team.Proactively propose solutions on improving cost control.Work closely with Finance department to develop reporting resources. Identify opportunities to negotiate better rates. Technical knowledge Has knowledge of all the tools used for performing the key responsibilities and use that knowledge to build best practices.Can transfer technical knowledge in an easy and comprehensive manner.With technical knowledge, able to challenge experts and have a discussion on different aspects relevant to the domain. Market research knowledge Has good understanding of basic concepts related to market research, especially those related to the key responsibilities.Understand the strategic value of market research for organizations. You are responsible for planning and forecasting the right materials with the operational division. Maintains strong relationships both with internal stakeholders and external vendors & service providers to ensure supply of materials meets requirements. Reporting to Manager Materials Management of any potential disruption to the material supply. RESPONSIBILITIES Liaise with stakeholders to develop plans, forecasts and schedules relating tomaterials required to meet operational requirementsReview data integrity for the Bill of Materials (BOM) with operational division andevaluate usage and cost of materialsUndertake detailed and comprehensive analysis on material costs and identifyopportunities to reduce material from turning into slow moving or obsolete andmake recommendationsMonitor data input to any Material Requirements Planning (MRP) or StockOptimization system or IT system for accuracy and resolve any issues as requiredMonitor inventory levels against agreed target levelsTrack inventory trendsPublish inventory reports and updates to others in the organization

Purchasing and Expertise Management

1.辦理「採購作業辦法」所規定範圍內之各項勞務及財物類採購案件，作業內容包含，採購策略預審/擬定、公告招標、底價/建議金額分析提陳、開標審查、公開比/減價或議價作業、決標簽陳呈核、契約製作用印及採購文件歸檔。 2.蒐集並瞭解原物料及勞務成本狀態，並隨時與需求單位雙向溝通，以充分瞭解需求規範與時程。在兼顧品質及成本之目標下，確保適時供應並滿足營運與維修需求。 3.履約共同查驗/驗收作業、請款作業審查及執行。 4.履約管理及異常狀況處理；國外廠商交期跟催及異常物料(DR單)處理。 5.積極開發新供應商以擴增商源，並與重要物料/設備/勞務供應商維持良善關係，以確保於緊急需求發生時，能獲得該供應商以合理之價格提供及時協助或服務。 6.定期維護及更新採購系統相關資料，以利案件管理，提升組織運作效率。 7.執行主管交辦之其他任務，以協助達成組織目標。
