Detailed shift arrangements are described in the Other Information – Shift Pattern section below.Role and responsibilitiesTechnical Leadership and System-Level Decision MakingLead XT (DUV) -related technical assessments during daily passdown, DRB (Disturbance Review Board), and escalation meetings.Act as technical decision owner for complex, cross-domain XT system issues under production pressure.Consolidate technical findings, risks, and recommendations into clear, management-ready conclusions.Issue Ownership and Escalation ManagementOwn high-impact, recurring, and long-duration disturbances impacting XT manufacturing output, quality, or delivery.Coordinate cross-functional resources across Development Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Support Engineers, and Production Engineers.Identify escalation triggers, risk exposure, containment actions, and prevention strategies to minimize downtime and prevent issue recurrence.System-Level Analysis and Knowledge DeploymentPerform system-level and structural analysis to identify root causes and systemic gaps.Drive the development, validation, and deployment of Best-Known Methods (BKM).Ensure improvements are standardized and sustainably implemented across XT manufacturing lines.Technical Coaching and Factory AlignmentProvide technical guidance and problem-solving methodology coaching to peers.Support management decision-making through clear, data-driven technical communication.Ensure technical decisions align with factory targets, quality standards, and long-term XT system robustness.Cross-LineIntegration and Operational SupportLeverage XT manufacturing insights to prevent repeated disturbances across shifts, lines, or factories.Respond rapidly to customer feedback, quality notifications, and urgent XT-related production issues.Support factory and businessprioritiesthrough rapid, structured technical assessments.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines.8+ years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, or precision equipment industries.Experience acting as a senior technical contributor, issue owner, or technical focal point in production or system environments.Strong ability to structure complex problems, assess risk, and drive technical decisions under time and production pressure.Good English communication skills for technical discussion, reporting, and escalation meetings.Preferred QualificationsExperience with semiconductor equipment platforms.Background in 1st-line or 2nd-line technical support, manufacturing engineering, or system-level roles.Experience handling escalations, recurring disturbances, or long-duration production issues.Experience leading technical projects, mentoring engineers, or acting as a technical lead is a strong plus.Familiarity with structured RCA, change management, or continuous improvement initiatives.Other InformationShift Pattern 50% Day shift (08:00–17:00) and 50% Night shift (16:00–01:00)The role follows a three-week rotation between day and night shifts.Overtime: Weekend on-call or office overtime based on production needs.Business trip: Emergency customer on-site support.
