THE PROJECT/CONTEXT Decathlon Taiwan Polymer hard products ecosystem is now recruiting a Quality and Industrialization Production Leader for managing its supplier, product development and quality management related activities. We're focusing on the sport components that produced in Taiwan. We're developing the competences on indoor and outdoor sport solutions to anticipate the future of our users' needs. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Structure the Quality standards and monitor the quality performance to achieve the right level of quality standards. 2. Risk identification and solution finding with Decathlon quality tools and quick implementation of solutions. 3. Co-work with our brands with new product development, formalize the technical specifications and pilot industrialization. 4. Build a strong quality team at the factory and train the supplier on Decathlon Quality standards and assess the progress with the roadmap to reach the supplier quality autonomy. 5. Build the sense of sustainable development and CSR with the supplier to drive them to reach sustainability. 6. Sourcing and scouting the new suppliers to serve Decathlon's product needs.
