We are looking for Probe Integration Engineer’s at Micron Technology, Inc. within the Test Solutions Engineering Departments, Key Equipment Group (KEG). A typical day in this position allows you to be creative and innovate developing first-of-a-kind solutions that tackle sophisticated problems. You will have responsibilities for deploying and supporting Wafer Probe Equipment and Processes used in our manufacturing global locations. You will spend much of your time working on new technology and standardization of deployed Wafer Probe Operations processes in the advancement of Micron Probe roadmap.Deploy first-of-a-kind equipment and process capabilities through evaluations of Wafer Probers, Testers & Probe CardsCollaborate with global teams to establish and implement best-known methods for wafer probe.Engage equipment suppliers & vendors to address issues of quality and performance.Establish manufacturing metrics to drive continuous improvement of equipment performance and processes.Develop and deploy new methods or processes as vita to resolve manufacturing issues.Generate equipment specifications to meet safety and capability requirements of global manufacturing environments.Perform statistical analysis of manufacturing data to ensure that processes meet required quality standards.Effectively prepare and present information to manufacturing teams and Engineering Managers.Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with peer groups in other functional areas including Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Process Engineering, and Quality Assurance.Initiate and chair meetings with global manufacturing sites in support of your objectives.Travel domestically and internationally as required.

We're focusing on the sport components that produced in Taiwan. We're developing the competences on indoor and outdoor sport solutions to anticipate the future of our users' needs. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Structure the Quality standards and monitor the quality performance to achieve the right level of quality standards. 2. Risk identification and solution finding with Decathlon quality tools and quick implementation of solutions. 3. Co-work with our brands with new product development, formalize the technical specifications and pilot industrialization. 4. Build a strong quality team at the factory and train the supplier on Decathlon Quality standards and assess the progress with the roadmap to reach the supplier quality autonomy. 5. Build the sense of sustainable development and CSR with the supplier to drive them to reach sustainability. 6. Sourcing and scouting the new suppliers to serve Decathlon's product needs.
