Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Manages a customer dedicated team including Operational Program Management, Production, Engineering and Supply Chain resources.* Responsible for PL for the Customer Operation.* Responsibilities include production, engineering support and cost management including bid approvals.* Manages the customer programs to achieve planned revenue, meeting all commitments and schedules and developing action plans to correct out of plan conditions.* Involves customer account costs involving forecasting, planning and monitoring production efficiency , execution of strategy and strong participation in bid preparation.* Jointly responsible with Global Account Team for Customer Satisfaction setting performance objectives and execution plans to ensure product, programs and projects will be on schedule highlighting good performance and positioning perceived performance issues in context.* Examples of programs requiring day to day Customer Operations Management include MRP volumes and commitments, new product development support, prototype builds , new product introduction, manufacturing readiness reviews and Contract/DOU execution.* Responsible for reviewing, analysing and reporting program performance and taking action where performance is not acceptable.* Involves monthly operations and customer operations review meetings and quarterly customer performance reviews.* Scope of measurements range from inventory, revenue forecasting, staffing and development, expense, financial profitability, manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
