We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and strengthen our China-based operations. Position Summary The Manufacturing Operations Manager will oversee be intimately involved in daily operations with our manufacturing groups, with responsibility across quality, purchasing, sourcing, inside sales, and multiple production value streams. The role requires a leader with strong cross-functional management experience, operational discipline, and the ability to bridge Taiwan-China business practices. This role is ideal for a Taiwan-based professional ready to relocate or frequently operate in China, with English proficiency for technical and business communication with global teams. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily manufacturing operations including CNC machining, brazing, fan manufacturing, and assembly lines. Ensure on-time delivery, high throughput, and cost efficiency across value streams. Quality Process Control Drive quality assurance systems and continuous improvement initiatives (ISO, Lean, Six Sigma). Partner with engineering to ensure adherence to customer specifications and reliability standards. Purchasing Sourcing Lead procurement activities, vendor qualification, and supplier performance management. Identify and develop new suppliers in China and surrounding regions to diversify supply chain. Sales Customer Support Oversee inside sales and order management to align with global customers. Collaborate with sales teams in North America and Taiwan to support forecasts, quotations, and customer communications. Cross-Border Business Management Act as a bridge between Taiwan and China teams, ensuring smooth coordination in culture, compliance, and operations. Report to global leadership in English, providing clear updates on production, quality, and supply chain matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 15+ years of manufacturing operations experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial role. Experience in precision manufacturing environments (CNC, brazing, thermal management, electronics, or related). Strong knowledge of quality systems, supply chain management, and production planning. Proven track record in vendor management and cross-functional leadership. Business fluency in Mandarin Chinese; English proficiency required for technical and business communication. Taiwan-based candidate with willingness to relocate or travel frequently to China. Preferred Attributes Experience with China-based manufacturing operations. Strong problem-solving and process optimization mindset. Ability to lead multicultural teams and align global operations. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and modern manufacturing digital tools. 1.相關工作項目(1)廠內生產設備系統(水、氣、電、空調、空壓機、純水、廢水與消防系統...等設備)之運轉維護及保養管理(2)廠務系統日常維護、校驗與確效，以及巡檢保養與異常緊急處理(停電、水災、颱風)(3)規劃廠務系統年度執行方針及廠務系統改善(4)新設備採購規格訂定、安裝調試及驗收作業規劃及管理(5)設備妥善率監控、設備點檢、維修及保養計畫擬定及稽查(6)建立、管理設備所需之材料規範並撰寫設備的標準使用規範(7)廠區各項工程施工管理。(8)工程品質控管、成本預算控制、工程進度確認、現場監督、協調與驗收
