Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Implement the Global TQ@ Celestica HPS quality strategy in collaboration with regional site leaders* Establish monitor quality objectives metrics, including benchmarking trend analysis* Leverage best practices mentor groups in design, manufacturing customer, on reliability challenges. Also, work with SCM, Warranty, Legal Finance to assess reliability risks* Support Celestica's QMS on certifications, customer surveys system applications. Conduct reviews deliver training as required* Drive a TQ@ Celestica "Audit Ready" culture compliant to regulatory at HPS sites* Analyze components, assemblies, motor drive level reliability models for design predictive maintenance using Monte Carlo simulations physics of failure on electronics. Also, identify potential issues on previous generation products using Weibull growth models* Stay current on reliability advancements lead DFMEAs, applying Design Reliability principles, electronic component de-rating calculations* Mentor teams on 8D methodology for effective problem solving* Drive planning design of reliability tests to identify weakness in new product design
