1) 負責各事業部間品質系統的持續改善規劃與追蹤 2) 協調並主持客戶品質要求的回應 3) 出差至公司海內外各地區,了解工廠的運作與品質稽核 4) 設計品質系統建置與改善工推展、製程風險評估與審查。 6) 負責規劃協調有關品質系統、品質保證、品質驗證、客戶問題處理等活動 7) 品質策略與年度品質診斷活動計劃與執行

主要職責： 1. 承接品管新技術推展。 2. 人員管理 - 出勤、考核、訓練督導。 3. 工廠TQM 的維持與提升。 4. 維持品質管理系統提高客戶滿意度。 5. 客戶投訴，退貨處理進度之跟催。 6. 品質異常處理。 7. 品質策略的執行。 8. 年度品質計劃目標的執行。 9. 品質成本的分析與改善。 10. 客戶滿意度的維護與提升。 11. 品質活動的推動。 12. 部門人力訓練規劃。
