You will act as a strategic communications partner to key stakeholders in the region, understanding their needs while translating global Communications priorities into effective regional strategies spanning internal and external domains.Geographical distance from headquarters creates both unique challenges and opportunities. This role requires high competence across all communications disciplines and a strong understanding of ASML’s business, culture, strategic priorities, and organizational dynamics. You will report to the Head of ASML Asia Communications and may occasionally travel to other ASML sites, emerging markets within the region, and the global headquarters in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.Role and responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for, but not limited to:Serving an integrated communications strategist to strengthen ASML’s brand and reputationWith proven consulting, PR and integrated marketing communications (IMC) expertise, you will develop communications strategies that align with the business priorities of ASML’s organizational units across Taiwan and Southeast Asia, as well as global corporate directions. You will also oversee the country-level communications budget, ensuring effective investment and demonstrable impact. You are able to prioritize tasks and resources with minimal supervision while consistently delivering high‑quality results.Crafting messages and telling the ASML’s story You excel at developing inspiring and engaging stories. You will identify compelling narratives within ASML and share them with external audiences to enhance the company’s reputation. With a strong understanding of the local media landscape, you know how to build and execute media strategies, pitch stories, and secure meaningful media coverage.
