We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to expand and optimize SWAG’s global affiliate program. You will help build our own in-house affiliate and white-label platform, manage partnerships with affiliates worldwide,and design payout models. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate directly with marketing, BI, and product teams to drive measurable user growth and revenue.
Responsibilities
1. Affiliate Program Management OptimizationManage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners across Asia and global markets.Design, launch, and optimize CPA/CPS payout models and bonus programs.Analyze performance data (registrations, first-time deposits, LTV, ROI) to improve campaign results and partner quality.2. Affiliate Platform Development IntegrationResearch market trends and competitor affiliate models in adult and entertainment industries.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop our in-house affiliate system (tracking, reporting, payout flow).Evaluate third-party platforms such as Everflow, Impact, or Tune, and propose the optimal tech stack.3.White-Label International ExpansionSupport the planning of white-label affiliate systems and partner networks in new regions.Recruit and onboard new partners in Asia, and other high-potential markets.4.Data Fraud ManagementWork with data analysts to monitor conversion data and detect fraudulent or low-quality traffic.Ensure accurate conversion tracking, fraud detection, and transparent reporting for partners.
