品牌為在地化之合法 Fantasy Sports 平台,官方合作夥伴包含NBA及菲律賓兩大籃球聯盟,為球迷改變觀看球賽的視角,豐富觀賽樂趣,組織的夢幻球隊,break the reality 。 本職務須駐點於菲律賓,掌握品牌精神結合當地文化、民情、流行,落實在地化經營成為觀看球賽時,必須搭配的全民互動遊戲。 ▶主要工作內容:內外部合作溝通、分析市場資訊及管理菲律賓當地行銷團隊。 以菲律賓文化習慣、市場需求,對品牌、產品提出優化報告及建議。 競品動態監控: 敏銳捕捉當地競品的行銷手法、實體廣告投放策略。在地玩家洞察: 深入基層,了解當地玩家當下最熱衷的賽事、最流行的話題、對現有遊戲機制的痛點,並將這些情報反饋給總部的運營與內容團隊。法規與風向預警: 持續關注當地產業相關法規、政策及社會輿論走向,當地若遇法規變動或聯盟政策調整,需第一時間代表公司進行了解與溝通。 協助團隊洽談當地品牌、聯盟合作。 與不同單位建立、維持合作關係,說明、傳達品牌理念,以爭取更多流量資源。帶領當地團隊接應、執行合作內容。 管理菲律賓團隊,出勤稽核、辦公室紀律。 團隊狀態監管: 負責馬尼拉辦公室的日常巡視,確保當地員工(如 PR、行銷執行、地推人員)的出勤狀況與工作專注度,杜絕怠工或虛報工時。兩地溝通順暢: 作為兩地團隊的橋樑,確保KPI 與戰略方向被正確理解且嚴格執行。當地資產管理: 控管、稽核行銷贈品、測試設備的使用狀況,監督庫存及生財器具。
