Quản lý triển khai- Sản xuất và phân bổ POSM đến các cửa hàng đúng kế hoạch và triển khai đúng qui định.- Đi thị trường, đánh giá chất lượng triển khai theo từng nhóm shop, từng kênh bán hàng.3. Liên kết bộ phận- Kết nối nội bộ các phòng ban (GTM, Marketing, Channel …) và đồng nghiệp đồng cấp các nước Đông Nam Á, Nhà máy về định hướng triển khai sản phẩm, ý tưởng hạng mục POSM, qui định chất lượng sản xuất …. nhằm tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho các dự án của Công ty triển khai đúng mục tiêu.- Làm việc trực tiếp các kênh bán hàng để đạt mục tiêu triển khai thông qua hạng mục, chất lượng POSM, đầu tư theo từng dự án, chương trình tháng và đánh giá hiệu quả.- Tóm tắt insight khách hàng và đề xuất các kế hoạch hoặc cải tiến hạng mục hình ảnh, POSM.- Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và quản lý các nhà cung cấp POSM, đảm bảo chất lượng và đáp ứng yêu cầu.- Kiểm soát và đánh giá ngân sách chi tiêu.4. Báo cáo Phân tích- Thu thập thông tin đối thủ, phân tích đánh giá và đề xuất thực hiện các hành động.- Đánh giá độ hiển thị (bao phủ) của sản phẩm/ định kỳ tháng theo kênh, shop.5. Đào tạo- Tổ chức hướng dẫn đồng nghiệp tại khu vực triển khai theo dự án sản phẩm mới/ chương trình tháng.- Hướng dẫn nhà thầu guidelines về; logo, qui cách sản phẩm, màu sắc hạng mục hình ảnh, POSM.6. Công việc khác- Sẵn sàng đi công tác trong và ngoài nước.- Theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
