加入未來科技的第一步！ 想透過專業實習累積技能，為未來成為導師或顧問奠定職涯基礎？加入我們，深入探索 AI 自動化工具的落地應用，你將負責 AI 自動化工具的研究與測試，進行 課程設計，並擔任助教協助學員解決課程上的問題，與我們一同推動科技教育的進步！ 此職缺將提供 公司基礎指導與學習資源，並透過 專案實作 累積扎實的技術力。然而，仍需投入大量時間進行 自我學習與研究，持續拓展自身 AI 自動化工具應用的廣度與深度，培養獨立思考與實踐能力。 【工作內容】 教學助攻，推動技術學習負責協助 PM / 導師蒐集與設計教材，測試 AI 自動化工具（包含但不限於：ChatGPT、Gemini、Notebook LM、Copilot、Make、Zapier、n8n），提升課堂互動效果並強調實務場景的應用連結。擔任課程助教，與學員第一線互動，了解企業與學員的學習需求與狀況，並協助課程順利進行。參與課程會議與討論教材設計方向，並逐步建立教學基礎概念。關注 AI 自動化市場趨勢，定期參與內部技術趨勢小組，共同討論與提升對新趨勢/技術的掌握度。課程運營不定期支援 課程營運相關工作，包含課程前置準備（如課程會議安排、座位規劃、訂餐與教具準備等）。 【Why join us?】 超暖 Mentor 系統：專屬 Mentor，協助你快速進入狀況，了解公司文化與協作順暢。實習升級計畫：從研究的過程累積技術力，到擔任助教 or 導師了解企業與學員的需求狀況，未來能累積豐富 2B 經驗，邁向專業顧問，量身規劃你的職涯藍圖。了解不同職能的工作流程：並協助梳理流程達成自動化，從中累積產品及專案思維。實踐助人的理念：透過引導學員實作專案的過程，逐步累積教學經驗。累積與不同產業客戶溝通的經驗：提前掌握 AI 自動化在企業中的實務應用。
