產品文案撰寫、翻譯、優化並定期維護內容將產品相關知識、教學製作成淺顯易懂的資料與各部門團隊協調產品內容優化事項與不同地區團隊合作更新並維護 FAQ,確保能滿足各地用戶需求 Able to draft proper documents and guidance in response to a wide variety of issues and questions from our merchantsDelivering and transforming complex technical messaging into a merchant friendly resolution and action planWorking with multiple teams including: engineering, product management, legal, customer support and, of course, our merchants to ensure the best practice and guidance can be initiated for reference.Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders of different region to develop instruction manuals and guidance for our merchants with well-written FAQ documents tailored for each region’s specific scenarios and needs.
