KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Growth: Manage and expand existing accounts while developing new business opportunities to achieve sales and profit targets.Customer Engagement: Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers at all levels within customer organizations.Sales Strategy Execution: Promote the company’s portfolio effectively through consultative selling, solution-oriented approaches, and value-based discussions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance and Technical Support teams to address customer issues promptly and effectively.Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing movements, and market trends to identify potential growth areas.Reporting Forecasting: Deliver accurate and timely reports including sales forecasts, customer performance, market insights, and collection updates.Collections: Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy account receivables.
