What You’ll Do 🤝 Client Support Relationship Management Provide responsive support through chat, email, and phone Assist clients with trading platform usage (MT4/MT5) and account-related questions Guide users on basic functions of MAM/PAMM and copy-trading communities Communicate client feedback to internal teams to improve experience 🚀 Client Engagement Conduct outreach to enhance client activity and engagement Help users understand platform features, tools, and new updates Support operational and marketing initiatives related to client growth 🎯 Performance Development Work toward customer satisfaction and service-quality KPIs Continue developing knowledge of trading platforms, financial products, and market trends Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and overall client experience
