COMPANY PROFILEExecutive recruitment specialist company – Cake Consulting is recruiting on behalf of our valued client — a global leader in materials science and manufacturing, specializing in innovative labeling, packaging, and functional materials solutions.We are seeking a Chinese-speaking Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships with key customers across the region. The role focuses on both business development and strategic account management, ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability targets through strong commercial acumen and customer-centric execution.You will work cross-functionally with regional and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions that meet customer needs and support long-term business success.Reporting to: SEA Regional Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Growth: Manage and expand existing accounts while developing new business opportunities to achieve sales and profit targets.Customer Engagement: Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers at all levels within customer organizations.Sales Strategy Execution: Promote the company’s portfolio effectively through consultative selling, solution-oriented approaches, and value-based discussions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance and Technical Support teams to address customer issues promptly and effectively.Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing movements, and market trends to identify potential growth areas.Reporting Forecasting: Deliver accurate and timely reports including sales forecasts, customer performance, market insights, and collection updates.Collections: Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy account receivables.

Làm việc trực tiếp và xử lý các thông tin với Khách Hàng;Thương thảo hợp đồng với khách hàng và nhà cung cấp;Tìm kiếm các cơ hội kinh doanh mới trên thị trường trong nước và Quốc tế để tăng doanh số;Chịu trách nhiệm điều phối và thu hồi công nợ với khách hàng Phối hợp với Leader team dự án về chất lượng, deadline với khách hàng;Nhận đề bài từ khách hàng và trao đổi trực tiếp với Leader của team dự án ;Phối hợp với đội ngũ Sales - Marketing để xác định và phát triển các cơ hội kinh doanh trong khu vực.
