台達能源 (DSEBD, Delta Smart Energy BD): 為了讓台灣在「淨零賽局」中不落人後,保持企業在國際間的競爭力。台達能源致力於透過創新技術及加值服務,不僅優化能源組合、更是幫助企業採購再生能源。其中核心的服務包括綠電交易平台、綠電匹配、節能減碳諮詢等服務: 1. 綠電交易平台。協助客戶簽署長期固定價格之售電合約,減少企業因價格波動造成的額外成本支出。 2. 綠電匹配。藉由台達能源開發的智慧大腦進行AI(智能)演算,為客戶找出最佳方案,最大程度節省企業用戶落實綠電轉供的成本。 3. 節能減碳顧問。透過初期對能源、碳排的盤查與資訊收集,中期診斷分析、尋求可行的解決方案,到後期的實質改善、檢討認證,依據企業體質進行大規模的客製規劃,以達到企業淨零排放遠景的最終目標。 台達能源期許成為全球領先的再生能源解決方案提供商,並提供一條龍式的服務,讓客戶更有信心與勇氣踏入「淨零賽局」,達成訂定的零碳目標。 工作內容 1. 綠電客戶開發: 進行陌生開發,透過了解用戶的綠電採購目標及規劃,自行設定開發策略,開發潛在綠電需求用戶,達成公司所設之業績目標。 2. 商務條件規劃:根據客戶需求制訂離岸風電/太陽光電相關再生能源的銷售規劃,提供加值服務(能管、節能、儲能、減碳顧問)協銷 3. 商務談判: 與公司法務單位共同討論CPPA合約內容,於公司可控風險下,彈性調整並與客戶即時談判CPPA內容,確保契約商務條件、價格、交貨時程及風險可控。 4. 銷售流程管理: 使用公司內部ERP系統及CRM客戶管理系統,確保銷售流程的順利進行,包括提出需求、經過內部風險評估、訂單生成、轉供流程掌握等。 5. 客戶評估: 負責評估客戶的經濟(購買)實力、銷售風險判讀、在台灣及全球對再生能源及加值服務的需求。 6. 市場分析: 收集、整理分析市場價格與波動、追蹤政府及台電能源政策方向和客戶需求,提供客戶分析報告及解決方案,以協助制定銷售策略。 7. 溝通協調: 與內部各部門協調,確保客戶訂單運作的順暢,及時解決可能出現的問題並降低行政作業風險。 8. 技術支援: 與技術團隊合作,確保所銷售之再生能源供給量合理,並於銷售後協助技術團隊追蹤轉供狀況及提供綠電用戶良好之售後管理。
