We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Manager (BD Manager) to expand our market presence in Taiwan, Asia, and globally. Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in Taiwan, Asia, and global markets through networking, professional sales presentations, and cold-calling.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their talent acquisition goals.Negotiation: Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to secure the best terms for both clients and candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term collaboration.Reporting: Prepare and present reports for managerial staff, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business development strategies.
