職務說明
我們正在尋找一位具備 國際 enterprise 銷售經驗 的 Account Executive,從台灣出發,負責 海外企業客戶的新客戶開發與擴展。
此職位非常適合以下類型的人才:
英文溝通流利,能直接與海外企業客戶進行完整銷售流程
熟悉複雜、顧問式(consultative)的 enterprise sales cycle
能同時與技術與非技術決策者溝通
希望銷售的是一個「真正具全球競爭力」的產品,而非僅限在地市場
你將與創辦團隊、產品、Sales Engineering 與 Customer Success 緊密合作,共同擴展 Wren AI 的全球企業版圖。
工作內容
建立並管理 全球企業級銷售 pipeline,確保足夠的 quota coverage
全權負責複雜、多決策者的 enterprise 銷售流程(從初次接觸到成交與擴展)
穩定完成 enterprise 新客戶(net-new logos) 並推動 land-and-expand 策略
與以下角色進行顧問式銷售溝通:
Head of Data / Analytics / BI
IT / Data Platform 團隊
企業主管與決策者
對外清楚傳達 Wren AI 的 GenBI 願景與價值,涵蓋技術與商業面
與 Sales Engineering、Product、Customer Success 跨部門合作,確保成交與客戶成功
持續經營既有帳戶,推動產品採用、擴展與續約
使用 CRM 與 pipeline 工具(如 HubSpot、LinkedIn Sales Navigator)進行準確預測與管理

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive based in Taiwan to own and drive net-new enterprise sales and expansion across international markets.
This role is ideal for a seller who:
Is fluent in English and comfortable selling to global enterprise buyersThrives in complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesCan articulate modern BI, analytics, and GenAI value to both technical and business audiencesWants to represent a globally relevant product, not just a local or regional solution
You will work closely with founders, product, and sales engineering to help scale Wren AI’s enterprise footprint worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Build, manage, and maintain a strong global enterprise pipeline with sufficient quota coverageOwn complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting to close and post-sale expansionConsistently close net-new enterprise logos while executing a land-and-expand strategyLead consultative sales conversations with:Heads of Data, Analytics, BIIT Platform teamsBusiness leaders and executivesEvangelize Wren AI’s GenBI vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure deal success and customer outcomesMaintain strategic ownership of accounts to drive adoption, expansion, and renewalsAccurately forecast and manage opportunities using CRM and pipeline tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
