Manage and nurture long-term relationships with lifestyle merchants2. Provide partners with digital operation advice, data-driven suggestions, and platform best practices3. Plan and execute marketing collaborations — online or offline — to boost visibility and sales4. Train merchants on using the system backend and guide product optimization5. Collaborate across teams on campaign ideas and commercial project execution6. Lead initiatives that support merchant growth and platform engagement【Essential Competencies】1. Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, account management, or partner success2. Proficient in Excel and Word; able to independently prepare performance or proposal reports3. Ability to plan and execute business or marketing initiatives4. Experience with client communication, backend operations, or merchant onboarding5. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment【Desirable Competencies】1. Creative, resourceful, and naturally proactive in finding solutions2. Resilient under pressure, with strong adaptability and positivity3. Strong logical thinking and clear verbal expression4. Enjoys learning and keeps up with industry and lifestyle trends5.
