We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with deep cybersecurity software experience to support enterprise sales engagements and help build a new software business inside a world-class manufacturing company. This role serves as the technical front line in customer engagements --- shaping solution architecture, validating cybersecurity outcomes, and ensuring our offering meets the needs of modern enterprise and industrial/OT environments. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer requirements into real-world solutions and play a pivotal role in scaling a new security-focused business from the ground up. • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, analyze security requirements, and define technical success criteria • Lead technical discovery workshops, security architecture assessments, and solution mapping to customer environments • Design deployment architectures (on-prem, hybrid, or SaaS) aligned with cybersecurity best practices and regulatory frameworks • Deliver demos, POCs, and pilot implementations focused on validating risk reduction, visibility, and security posture improvement • Provide technical justification for ROI, compliance alignment, and architecture fit to support enterprise buying decisions • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay real-world threat scenarios, integration needs, and roadmap inputs • Support channel partners and OEM/SI ecosystems with technical enablement and joint solution design • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers from pre-sale evaluation through onboarding readiness • 7--12 years' experience in presales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting at a cybersecurity software vendor • Hands-on experience working with enterprise security solutions such as endpoint security, network security, OT/ICS security, vulnerability management, or threat visibility platforms • Strong technical background in enterprise architecture design (on-prem, hybrid, or SaaS), with the ability to map security controls to customer environments • Proven track record of leading POCs / pilots and winning technical validation phases with enterprise customers • Excellent presentation and communication skills when engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders • Fluent in Mandarin with strong English communication ability • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CEH are preferred • Opportunity to build a software business from the ground up within a world-class manufacturing company --- combining startup agility with enterprise-level resources. • Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to influence roadmap and market direction • A collaborative team culture focused on customer value
