We are seeking dynamic and technically proficient Solution Consultant to drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions across Healthcare, Smart Manufacturing, and Financial.
This role requires a unique blend of domain expertise, consultative sales skills, and a strong understanding of AI technologies to lead end-to-end solution positioning, pre-sales engagement, and strategic account development.
Solution Consulting Pre-Sales Engagement
Work with prospective clients to understand their operational, clinical, industrial, or public service challenges and identify areas where AI solutions can create value.Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions, ROI analysis, and use case mapping across industries such as:Healthcare: AI-assisted diagnostics, clinical decision support, medical image analysis, patient engagement.Smart Manufacturing: Predictive maintenance, computer vision QA, AI-driven automation, digital twins.Financial: Fraud detection, automates risk assessment, streamlines compliance, real-time analytics, personalized services.Translate client requirements into tailored AI solution proposals, including architecture, scope, pricing, and success metrics.
Strategic Sales Enablement
Partner with business development, marketing, and channel teams to identify and qualify enterprise leads.Prepare and deliver persuasive demos, technical presentations, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept engagements.Develop industry-specific playbooks, sales collaterals, and positioning frameworks to accelerate deal cycles.
Client Relationship Industry Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor and technical liaison to senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CMOs, COOs, and government leaders.Maintain a pulse on industry trends, client challenges, and regulatory shifts affecting AI adoption in healthcare, manufacturing, and government.Support strategic partnerships, events, and consortiums to promote thought leadership and AI solution visibility.
Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with product managers, AI engineers, and solution architects to align client needs with development roadmap.Provide feedback to RD on product enhancements, localization, and integration based on client engagements.Contribute to pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, and AI solution packaging for enterprise sectors.
