Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.
5 years of experience in a Product Management, Product Operations, or similar role working with products in an online commerce or content business.
Experience in the gaming space (like developers, publishers, platforms), with a focus on the mobile gaming consumer (e.g., player acquisition, engagement, and business generation).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in designing, implementing and managing product development and operationalization frameworks and methodologies.
Experience with prompt engineering and human computation.
Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
Experience navigating organizations and collaborating with internal and external partners across multiple geographic locations.
Ability to make smart tradeoffs and launch and iterate new product features for a user-facing commercial organization, and effectively influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent leadership skills, with a passion for games.

Support the development and execution of the product roadmap for the Play Store as it relates to search, discovery, and engagement with content, including apps themselves as well as multi-modal content that appears on the Play Store on all form factors, including mobile, large screen, watches, and more.
Develop capabilities and thought leadership in partnership with the Product Management, Engineering and Product Marketing teams, and other Play partner teams (e.g., Business Development), to launch new products, scale operations, and increase the impact of content solutions.
Define and operationalize guidelines and frameworks for content classification, evaluation and deployment to help connect users to relevant and high quality content.
Own the operationalization of product features, ensuring all details for a feature to go live are carefully addressed, from design, to legal, and operations processes.
