THE ROLE:The Data Center Platform Engineering organization is excited to hire a highly skilled individual that can provide leadership for building up successful GPU platform with key partners/customers. This role will need to drive early proof of concept engagement, and hands on work with ODM/OEM partners/customers during product/platform development phase, provide design review and validation recommendations based on the design required. The individual will also need to work with internal team for platform bring-up and debug the complex problems that arise during validation phases.THE PERSON:A highly motivated self-starter, good interaction with partners/customers. THE ROLE:AMD is looking for an experienced individual to take-up the exciting role of applications engineer supporting ODM/OEM and customers in the growing Data Center Business and work on bleeding-edge technology. You will be responsible for scoping, hands-on debugging and resolving multi-disciplinary customer issues across Data Center CPU, GPU and system level. You will work closely with software/FW development teams to understand the software Tools, architecture, FW/BIOS/CPLD, BMC and implementation and then enable the customers software/FW into their differentiated innovative products.
