Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to own and be accountable for end-to-end supply chain operations, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, tooling execution, and cost optimization. This role serves as the single point of ownership for supply continuity, cost control, and on-time support for NPI and mass production in a global manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on supply chain leader with strong commercial, cross-functional, and risk management capabilities, able to operate independently in fast-paced environments and scale supply chain operations as the business grows.Responsibilities:Own and lead end-to-end supply chain activities, covering strategic sourcing, supplier selection, commercial negotiation, tooling management, purchase execution, and long-term supplier relationship management.Own supply chain risk identification and mitigation, including supplier capacity constraints, long lead-time components, and single-source dependencies.Develop and execute sourcing strategies for components and assemblies, balancing cost, quality, capacity, lead time, and supply chain risk management across global suppliers.Act as the primary supply chain owner for product BOMs, with ownership of sourcing decisions and accountability for material availability to support NPI, production ramp, and ongoing operations.Ability to quickly break down and analyze cost structures across BOM, manufacturing, tooling, and logistics.Drive cost optimization initiatives through should-cost analysis, BOM reviews, VA/VE, and continuous improvement with suppliers.Monitor inventory health, forecast alignment, and material exposure, addressing shortages, excess, and obsolescence risks.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and finance teams to support product development, cost-down programs, and operational scaling.Provide guidance and mentorship to supply chain team members, ensuring execution discipline and best practices.

1.This engineer will be responsible for the Systems/HW development and validation of our Advanced Battery Management products. 2.Power and MCU schematic design. 3.System design and prototyping, including component selection, schematic design, and PCB layout design. 4.Design test setups for bench evaluation and application-level testing: automate test sequences, implement regression suites, and result analysis. 5.Create and execute plans to bring-up, debug, and validate HW designs to achieve functional and performance goals. 6.Collaborate with HW, FW and SW teams to debug and resolve any technical issue found via test. 7.Write technical specifications, requirement documents, application notes, user guides, and datasheet manuscripts for internal/external publication.
