1. Supervise day-to-day gateway operations including receiving, sorting, and dispatching cargo.
2. Coordinate with linehaul, warehouse, and sorting teams to ensure on-time cargo transfer.
3. Ensure all packages are processed correctly, following scanning and handling procedures. Monitor delivery timelines and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLA).
4. Act as the main liaison with Mandarin-speaking vendors or partners.
5. Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training or coaching to gateway staff. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are followed at the gateway hub.
7. Generate daily/weekly reports on operational KPIs, issues, and improvement plans.
8. Work closely with the logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to improve operational efficiency.
