As FANKLUB continues to scale its artist and creator operations, we are looking for an Artist Creator Operations Specialist to support the onboarding and long-term operation of singers, creators, and entertainment partners on the platform.
In this role, you will work closely with artists, creators, and internal teams to translate platform strategies into sustainable day-to-day operations. You will serve as a key bridge between external partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring that content, interactions, and membership experiences are delivered consistently over time.
Responsibilities:
Artist Creator Operations and Campaign Support (60%)
Support the development of standard operating procedures for artists and creators on FANKLUBAssist artists and creators in using platform features, including content planning, member engagement, and feature utilizationSupport the execution of marketing initiatives and offline events related to artists and creatorsRegularly track operational performance, compiling execution records and performance insightsSupport the design, production, and inventory management of artist and creator merchandise
Content and Asset Production and Publishing (30%)
Assist in planning content assets for artists and creators, including promotional, campaign, and member-exclusive contentManage content publishing in the backend system and conduct basic quality checksCoordinate asset requirements and timelines to ensure content is delivered on schedule
Contract and Administrative Coordination (10%)
Support the tracking of artist and creator partnership contracts, including signing, collection, and filingCoordinate administrative workflows with internal legal and finance teams
