Compiling, updating and preparing standard sales & marketing reports, and monitoring progressAnalyze sales data and give recommendation to the Regional Manager based on the data analysisEnd-to-end supply chain monitoringCommunicate with supply chain department on the order received: PI Preparation, Order Scheduling, Order Realization, and ShipmentsSupport sales activities: purchase order, maintain & review payment, market visit and join local sales team, maintain relation with distributorMaintain marketing activity: join exhibition, advertisement (ATL/BTL)

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Provides entry-level professional support in the procurement of lower dollar manufacturing materials and services.* Reviews demand requirements for lower dollar, lower cost manufacturing parts and supplies.* Checks requisitions for completeness and accuracy.* Obtains quotes, examines bids and recommends awards.* Suggests, prepares and administers purchase orders to achieve material quality, cost and delivery requirements.* Analyzes material availability to manage inventory investment. Maintains responsibility for data integrity in Item Master file.* Maintains ongoing communication with suppliers to gather information on materials availability, cost, shipping and delivery methods and timing, problem resolution, etc.* Expedites or follows up on deliveries as appropriate to meet delivery requirements.* Assists in surveys, site audits and analysis leading to supplier sourcing.* Assists Buyer or Team Leader in reviewing supplier performance and makes recommendations on changes or disqualifications.* Provides resolution of receipt and supplier invoice discrepancies.

Đọc hiểu các bản vẽ thiết kế, kỹ thuật thi công.Lên thiết kế hoặc vẽ shopdrawing hệ thống MEP nói chung, trình Ban quản lý dự án và Tư vấn giám sát phê duyệt. Bóc khối lượng vật tư, thiết bị đặt hàng về công trường. Giám sát công nhân thi công, nghiệm thu công tác thi công lắp đặt với Ban quản lý và Tư vấn giám sát Hoàn công và làm hồ sơ chất lượng (bbđv, bblđ, ...)Phối hợp với các kỹ sư cơ điện khác để hoàn thành công việc.. Đánh giá chất lượng hệ thống điện sau khi hoàn thành.Bảo trì, bảo dưỡng hệ thống điện định kỳ.Thu thập tài liệu và viết báo cáo gửi lên cấp trên.Tham mưu, tư vấn cho Ban lãnh đạo các giải pháp về kỹ thuật, thiết bị máy móc, cải tiến tăng năng xuất, tuổi thọ của thiết bị máy móc.Các công việc phát sinh khác theo sự chỉ đạo của Chỉ huy công trường và Ban quản lý dự án.Thẩm quyềnĐược cung cấp tất cả các thông tin, trang bị liên quan đến công việc đảm nhiệm.Đề xuất trực tiếp đến các vấn đề phát sinh và xin ý kiến xử lý theo chỉ đạo của Chỉ huy công trình.Đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến công việc trong bộ phận.
