【職務敘述】 你將負責迪卡儂蝦皮商城旗艦店營運,包含分析運動使用者輪廓、收集並分析客戶反饋、使用者體驗、商品銷售趨勢與市場需求,訂定產品線的數位商業策略。透過商品陳列與執行策略,並與跨部門溝通,達成業績目標、提升轉換率和顧客滿意度,擴大運動品牌市占率。 【職務內容】 1. 管理商品陳列與店內內容 - 透過蝦皮後台維護產品上下架、分類管理 - 與設計人員協作,規劃店內商品及視覺內容呈現,以確保商品頁面品牌形象一致 2. 活動檔期規劃與執行 - 獨立規劃並執行促銷與商業活動 - 負責通路商業績效,制定行動計畫,追蹤並推動KPI達成 3. 規劃商品組合 - 監測市場與競品活動,以數據分析優化商品組合與價格定位 - 與供應鏈/物流營運人員協作,追蹤庫存狀態 4. 顧客獲取與體驗 - 提升商品吸引力與曝光度,促進顧客獲取與忠誠度 - 與客服團隊協作,收集分析顧客回饋,優化使用者旅程 Job Description You will be in charge of Decathlon Shopee mall shop management, with data analysis and application to understand sports user profiles, collect and analyze customer feedback, evaluate user experiences, and track product sales trends and market demands to develop digital business strategies for product lines. Through strategic product presentation, execution, and cross-department collaboration, you will work to achieve sales targets, increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction, and expand market share for our sports brands. Key Responsibilities 1. Merchandising Store Content Management - Manage product listings, categorization, and updates via the Shopee backend. - Collaborate with designers to plan in-store product displays and visual content, ensuring consistent brand image across product pages. 2. Campaign Planning Execution - Independently plan and execute promotional and commercial campaigns. - Drive channel sales performance by developing action plans, monitoring results, and ensuring KPI achievement. 3. Product Assortment Planning - Monitor market trends and competitor activities; use data analysis to optimize product mix and pricing strategies. - Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to track the inventory level. 4. Customer Acquisition Experience - Enhance product appeal and visibility to boost customer acquisition and loyalty on the platform. - Work closely with the customer service team to collect and analyze feedback, optimizing the user journey.
