Job Summary:We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and elevate our online presence. In this role, you will ensure the company website not only delivers excellent user experiences but also drives measurable business impact — from optimized performance, SEO alignment, and accurate tracking, to seamless lead capture integration with Salesforce.Responsibilities:Website Tracking Management(Primary Focus)Own and manage the company website (WordPress) to ensure strong performance, usability, SEO, and lead generation.Build and optimize landing pages to support campaigns and product launches.Set up and maintain tracking systems (GTM, pixels) and ensure accurate website-to-Salesforce (SFDC) integration.Analyze website performance and user behavior to drive actionable improvements.Digital Funnel Oversight (Secondary)Contribute to digital funnel strategy by aligning paid, email, and social initiatives with the website experience.Support campaign execution (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.Assist with retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization to improve ROI.Ensure consistency in brand messaging across the digital journey.

熟悉產品規章及客服作業流程傾聽並能迅速回覆顧客問題解決客戶疑問顧客意見登入，及客服人員自身意見提供，以供公司做改進承諾顧客之事項後續處理，相關需求/表單填寫等定期與主管檢視顧客滿意度，並調整日後客服技巧改善及調整其他主管交辦事項

審核各項憑證、財會帳務處理編製每月各會計科目餘額表編製財務管理報表協助財務編製營運資金預估表編製各項調節表、各類所得扣繳及營業稅和營所稅申報配合會計師查帳提供相關資料主管交辦事項

Job Summary: We are seeking a Global Supply Chain Specialist to manage and coordinate the supply chain for the Ingredient Team across Asia. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient sourcing, inventory management, and supplier coordination for ingredients, supporting both operational needs and strategic initiatives. Strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication in English and Japanese are required. Short-term domestic and international travel may be required. Responsibilities: Manage ingredient supply schedules, priorities, and status updates, and communicate them clearly to internal teamsConduct or review cost analysis for ingredients, including material, labor, and overhead costs for production and finished goodsCommunicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective and profitable agreementsBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships, and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, including OEM agreements and NDAsIdentify efficiency issues within the ingredient supply chain, propose solutions, and drive implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teamsEnsure operational readiness of suppliers, including purchase order preparation, long-term forecasts, capacity planning, and clear-to-build statusMonitor daily ingredient inventory levels to anticipate potential shortages and mitigate risksCollaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement initiatives across the ingredient supply chain

軟體研發初階整合測試 (APP/Web)撰寫整合測試報告，撰寫產品測試案例 (test case)協助驗証測試結果，協助重現問題並理清問題配合度高，能與相關人員密切合作，提升產品穩定性
