Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of automated performance tests and frameworks that ensure Fuchsia's optimal performance across various products. Analyze trace data and large-scale performance datasets to derive actionable metrics and identify critical improvement opportunities. Lead efforts to transform raw data into clear, impactful insights that drive product performance improvements. Partner with teams across the organization, providing expert guidance on performance analysis, improvement strategies, and benchmark development to ensure their code leverages performance analysis tools effectively. Design, implement, and maintain advanced performance analysis tools for Fuchsia across different architectures and products, leveraging tracing, profiling, and other techniques. 【職位簡介】 你將成為訊連科技 App 事業成長的關鍵推手，領導包含威力導演 PowerDirector、相片大師 PhotoDirector 等全球知名創作工具的成長策略。我們正在尋找一位具備數據驅動思維與策略眼光的成長行銷經理，善於拆解市場機會與用戶行為，擅長跨部門協作，能以精實成長思維推動全球市場用戶規模與營收表現。 【主要工作內容】 負責制定並推動訊連科技旗下 App 的全球成長行銷策略，聚焦於用戶獲取（UA）與變現（monetization），持續提升營收與市占率。引導團隊進行創新行銷專案，包含 A/B 測試、數據追蹤與分析，建立快速迭代的行銷優化機制。根據市場趨勢、競品動態與用戶洞察，制定產品 go-to-market 策略，並針對定價、定位、訊息傳遞提出具體優化建議。主導多元管道的使用者獲取策略，整合自然流量（ASO/SEO）與數位廣告（Google Ads、Apple Search Ads、Meta 等），並維持與平台方的良好策略合作關係。建立使用者行為追蹤與分析架構，深入理解用戶旅程，針對留存率、LTV、ARPU 等指標進行持續優化與成效追蹤。
