ROLE OVERVIEWThe Junior Accountant will support the COO in day-to-day bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial planning. This role suits someone detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow in an international media environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain and reconcile daily bookkeeping records (QuickBooks / Xero / Google Sheets).Record and categorize company income, expenses, invoices, and payments.Support month-end closing and financial statement preparation.Assist with cashflow tracking, budget updates, and management reports.Help prepare documentation for external accountants (local and international tax filings).Ensure proper organization of receipts, payroll records, and project expenses.Support financial projections and planning for upcoming productions or campaigns.
