Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Intern to assist in lead generation through cold calling and cold email campaigns. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced sales environment, while contributing to the growth of the company. You will support the sales team by identifying potential leads, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the company’s products/services. • Draft and send personalized cold emails to engage potential leads. • Research potential leads and maintain accurate records of contacts in the CRM system. • Follow up with leads via phone and email to set up meetings or product demos. • Support the sales team with other lead generation and prospecting tasks. • Assist in tracking and reporting key performance metrics such as response rates and conversions. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. • Learn and stay updated on product features and industry trends. Build and maintain a client database. Support the business development process, including sending outreach emails, making phone calls, and arranging introductory meetings. Required Skills Qualifications: Fluent in both Chinese and English (speaking, reading, writing), with strong business communication skills. Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level or above) or Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or above) — meeting one of these is sufficient. Proactive and communicative, not afraid of cold calling, and willing to take on international business development tasks. Internship or work experience related to digital marketing is a plus. Familiarity with or interest in Meitu products is a plus. Application Requirements: Able to work on-site, with at least 20 hours per week (24 hours or more preferred). Fluent in both Chinese and English (speaking, reading, writing), and meeting at least one of the following language proficiency standards: TOEIC 860+, TOEFL 110+, or IELTS 7+. Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level or above) or Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or above) — meeting one of these is sufficient. Able to commit to a long-term internship of at least six months.※不適用者不另行通知
