Responsibilities:Advanced Planning# To work with marketing team/ customer on concept of new product.# Discuss with Marketing about how new technologies to be deployed into new platforms.# To communicate with RD teams on the feasibility of new product concept that brought up by marketing or customer.# To work with RD teams and figure out the area to be improved on architecture or feature set in current product line.RDPM Related# Understand and manage project scope to deliver within the time / cost restraint.# Develop and execute project schedule, ownership and management of project deliverables.# Development NRE estimation, collect Manufacturing cost (MVA), consider overall project development expense include material expense and preparation.# Host regular interlock meeting with internal and external(customer) on project status discussion (Schedule, material preparation…).# Participate engineering/ manufacture/ quality meeting to monitor design related issues, and organize team to resolve critical issues, or mitigation plan of any uncertainties.# Join discussion with marketing/ customer on the urgent request or any critical issues that is gating the shipments.# Coordinate RD, sales, manufacture on design changes or EC implementation review which might impact material readiness and project quotation.Engineering# Understand engineering issue reporting, debugging progress to think ahead of project delivery impact, material preparation risk, project budget, and product cost.# NPI status tracking on technical interlock, new design discussion on product features.# Collaborating and communicating between customer and engineers/ validation team to avoid communication gap or misunderstanding.# Performs regular Lessons Learned with the team to ensure project and process improvements are captured from Kick Off to Launch.

Purpose of Position: •This role is to drive sales growth of ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) with both global and local team via Go wide and Go deep strategy •Build new trust-based partnership with ODMs especially in Taiwan. Develop direct connections and relationships with ODM executive level leaderships Major Responsibility: 1. Sales Strategy Execution • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for the ODM segments • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new customers, markets, and product applications • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product management, marketing, and operations) to align sales efforts with business objectives 2. Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key ODM executive level leadership team • Understand customer needs, business models, and pain points to provide tailored solutions • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships 3.Market Analysis Insights • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market dynamics and sales performance • Collaborate with the product management team to influence product road maps based on customer and market needs 4. Revenue Performance Management • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the ODM segments. • Track and report on sales performance, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement • Optimize resource allocation to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency. 5. Collaboration Communication • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of customer projects. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote the brand and build relationships. Required Competency: • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the ODM sectors. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong understanding of the ODM and OEM business models, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Acceptable of high frequency business trip • Good teamwork and coordinate skill; drive internal support. • Good interpersonal communication skill • Good presentation skill • Good problem-solving skill. • Initiative and eager to learn. Performance Evaluation Criteria: • Achieve annual revenue target and new production introduction objectives. • Timely update account activity monthly plan and execution. • Build strong multiple-level relationships with the external customers, document the customer relationship development plan. • Effective ability to secure cooperation of others in getting the job done. • Demonstrate capable decision-making ability and follow through on actions.
