【職務使命】 您將擔任遊戲專案的品質守門員，負責從開發初期到上線維運的完整品質策略。我們需要您帶領團隊建立標準化流程，確保產品在多平台 (Web/Mobile) 上的穩定性與遊玩體驗。 【關鍵職責】 品質策略佈局：針對遊戲專案特性，制定全方位的測試計畫 (Test Plan)，包含時程規劃、人力配置與風險評估 (Risk Assessment)。測試流程優化：檢視並改善既有的 QA 工作流，導入更有效率的測試方法論，提升測試覆蓋率與問題追蹤效率。核心體驗把關：深入驗證遊戲機制的正確性，針對 UI/UX 與遊戲沉浸度提出具建設性的優化建議。技術驗證：執行 API 介接測試（使用 Postman 等工具）與伺服器端邏輯驗證，並針對客戶端進行效能與相容性檢測。團隊協作與領導：作為跨部門溝通的品質窗口，協助追蹤 Bug 修復進度，並帶領或指導初階成員執行回歸測試 (Regression Testing)。

【主要職責 (What You'll Do)】 1. Android 核心與中介層開發 (60%) 專注後端邏輯： 使用 Java 開發高穩定性的 Background Service，作為 AI 核心與硬體設備溝通過程中的神經中樞。通訊協議實作： 負責整合與維護多元通訊協議（包括 Netty, UDP, MQTT, SIP）以及各領域標準協定（如 Modbus, BACnet, KNX）。併發處理與指令管理： 精確運用 ExecutorService / Handler / Thread 管理多執行緒與指令佇列 (Command Queue)，確保在高併發環境下指令能準確送達。產品持續迭代： 除了維護現有產品，你將持續面對新產品線推出的挑戰，親手搭建新設備的整合邏輯。 2. 跨系統整合與驗證 (40%) 驗證優先 (Validation First)： 具備開發前先驗證的習慣。在撰寫程式碼前，主動使用工具（如 Postman, Realterm, Packet Sender, Wireshark）驗證廠商設備的 API 行為與封包規格。技術窗口溝通： 擔任技術聯絡人，主動與國內外廠商（IoT、飯店系統、電話系統商）釐清技術規格，排除整合障礙並進行除錯。數據同步與回報： 負責呼叫內部後端 API (Retrofit / RESTful)，確保裝置狀態與系統日誌 (Log) 能可靠地回傳雲端。

Bug 管理：回報、追蹤、驗證修復，並建立品質指標。 7. 在需求與開發流程早期，主動參與與 PM 的需求評審 / 需求梳理會議，協同討論與規劃 AC（Acceptance Criteria），協助補充與修正驗收條件，確保需求具備明確、可測試且可驗收的標準。二、App 自動化測試 1. 建立並維護可重複使用的 App 自動化測試框架（Appium / Espresso / XCUITest / Detox 其一或多種）。 2. 將高價值、重複性高的測試流程自動化，例如： * 登入與身分驗證 * 表單輸入與資料驗證 * 核心功能流程 * 狀態變更與畫面切換 3. 套用良好測試設計模式：Page Object / Screen Object Pattern，降低 UI 變動帶來的維護成本。 4. 與 CI/CD 整合（Jenkins / GitLab CI / GitHub Actions），讓自動化測試成為發版流程的一部分。 5. 產出測試結果報告與品質趨勢數據。 三、測試工程化與品質建設 1. 協助建立測試工程化文化，而非只依賴人工測試。 2. 與 RD 協作提升系統 Testability，例如： * 穩定且可預測的測試資料 * 穩定的測試環境 * API Mock / Feature Flag / Test Flag 設計 3. 建立可被不同 App 類型共用的測試策略與測試框架。職務需求（Requirements） 必備條件： 1. 3~5 年以上 iOS / Android App 測試經驗。 2. 了解基本 HTTP / REST API 概念。 3. 有 API 自動化測試經驗（Postman）。 4. 熟悉 End-to-End 測試設計與測試流程規劃 。 5. 具備 App 自動化測試實務經驗。 6. 能獨立撰寫測試案例、測試計畫與測試報告。 (以上，面試時請攜帶作品、文件等資料展示說明)技術能力： 1. 熟悉其中一種以上自動化工具：Appium、Espresso、XCUITest、Detox。 2. 熟悉至少一種程式語言：Java、Python、JavaScript、Kotlin。 3. 具領導資淺同仁、指派工作經驗，協同完成工作內容。加分條件： 1. 有測試多種 App 類型經驗（即時服務、電商、內容型、企業系統）。 2. 有 CI/CD 導入經驗。 3. 有效能測試、穩定度測試或長時間測試經驗。
